As such we must prefer to specify and define our legal & professional responsibilities prior to any and all interactions to provide legal safety to both our practitioners, specialist, and employees; as well as our customers. To this end we have published a constitution of ethics and operation below with additional rectifying actions to protect all parties
Disclosure of conduct and agreement
Any customer/party that walks into FA Better Body is opting into a private membership association and a private market offering providing them access to exclusive technology and services that are not the exclusive domain of any regulatory board or organization. For services that fall under the exclusive domain of the regulatory board and organization FA Better Body has sought the proper licensure and employed the necessary practitioner to satisfy their requirements as a public offering as necessary. The necessary licensing numbers are listed in the footer of our public website as well as the signed consent introduction form required to be filled out prior to providing any services at FA Better Body. FA Better Body utilizes multiple technologies that are effective and safe; having been cleared by the FDA but not restricted for utilization by any governing boards within the state of Florida. FA Better Body will commit to applying for any board specific requirements as they are inclusively required under Florida LaHeadlinew when they are notified.
Disclosure of Practitioner, Specialist, and Team Member
For the purpose of services rendered all therapies that fall under massage or facial remedies are required to be serviced by a Licensed Massage Therapist or Esthetician. All services that include advanced technologies are provided by certified FA Tech Specialist who have more than 40 hours of training prior to rendered services. While FA Tech Specialist are not exclusive from Licensed practitioners during rendered services that are excluded from the domain of the board of massage and the board of cosmetology FA Tech Specialist provide access to technology hereto considered private offerings that are not governed by board consideration. These private offering considerations include but are not limited to:

In both the above instances we are overseen by the Florida Department of health and inspected annually to insure we are current and regulated by our public offerings. We commit in good faith to ensuring that these services offered reach the highest standard of ethics and professionality in order to retain our public licensure. With the additional fulfillment by the board of massage that any and all services offered at the location whether they be technological or lab provided are provided by trained individuals who have been educated in their operation.
Requirement of Waiver & Customer Conduct
FA Better Body reserves the right to require all possible customers to opt in to signing a waiver in or to be considered a customer of FA Better Body. FA Better Body additional reserves the right to deny service or access to technology to anyone at anytime for no reason. We reserve this right to protect our practitioners and FA Tech Specialist from customer abuse though this is not exclusive to this line of reasoning and for legal reasons should be considered a business policy set by FA Better Body. In the case that a waiver is not signed FA Better Body will not assume the risk of therapy for the given customer/member
Lab Certification Requirements
For the offered lab testing at FA Better Body we have done our best to verify the necessary lab certification as required by an organization retailing the provided services. To our knowledge the labs completing the services are registered, inspected, and certified, with the necessary legal operational requirements and they assume all responsibility for the data, health codes, and policies for the customer/member that we refer to the lab
Disclosure of Membership Benefits
FA Better Body's mission is to provide members with effective, and safe access to new technology that meets the highest standard of care. FABB understands that wellness has many data points and strives every day to stay on the leading edge of new products and technology. FABB practitioners and FA Tech Specialist provide access to advanced technologies for improving a member/customer health and provides it at an affordable price. More Specifically FABB practitioners and FA Tech Specialist specialize in the recommending, counseling, and selling of products on the wholesale and retail markets and offers electronic instruments to these markets as alternatives to medication concerning the modalities of service and benefits to members. The technologies offered are regulated by the FDA.
Member Agreement
As a member, we accept the goals of helping our body function better and choosing techniques that are both very safe and have a reasonably good chance to succeed, realizing that no evaluation technique or remedy is foolproof. If we choose to forgo drugs, surgery, or radiation that has been recommended to me by others we fully accept the risk that we might suffer serious consequences from that choice. Other aspects of informed consent will take place in our discussions with the practitioners and our fellow members of FABB. We enter into this agreement of our own free will or on behalf of my dependents without any pressure or promise of cure. We understand that we can withdraw from this agreement and terminate our membership in this network at anytime.
Being a member allows you along with your health care provider to decide what kind of services that you want to receive, including modalities often not covered by traditional medical clinics. All members can receive, on request, a member card which is honored by all FABB locations in the country.
ALL MEMBER RECORDS ARE PRIVATE DOCUMENTS AND ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL
FABB IS NOT REQUIRED TO PRODUCE INTERNAL DOCUMENTATION OR NOTES FROM SERVICES UPON REQUEST BY MEMBER
All people coming to a healing center are not patients or clients, they are “members” and in regards to the care given by their FABB Practitioner or Specialist, they agree to “give up their public rights”. As a private member, individuals agree to services, Provider to member, which is out of the jurisdiction of the city, state and/or federal. If there is something you don’t agree with, you don’t do it. If there is a claim or issue regarding our private services with a FA Tech Specialist and not a board governed practitioner, a member agrees to private arbitration instead of going to the public medical boards, law enforcement, etc.
FABB will recognize any person (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who is in accordance with these principles and policies as a member, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes declared.
Constitution of FA Better Body LLC
Preamble
This document constitutes the governing rules of FA Better Body LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Association". The Association is established as a Private Membership Association under the laws of Florida for the purpose of providing new and emerging medical technology that has been newly developed for membership use.
Article I: FA Better Body
The name of the Association shall be FABB. The principal office of the Association shall be located at 270 W Hillsboro Blvd Deerfield Beach Florida 33441, or such other location as the Association may determine.
Article II: Purpose
The purpose of the Association is to provide its members with access to reaction based microcurrent technology, Pemf technology, Hydrogen Therapy, and several other undisclosed technologies in a private setting, as well as protocols therein using the before mentioned technologies from trained individuals who have received training from the First Alternatives Platform to be a FA Tech Specialist free from the public regulatory constraints applicable to similar public entities. We are not authorizing FA Tech Specialist to provide Massage or Facial Services and practitioner employed by the Association are still governed by the necessary board.
Article III: Membership
Membership in the Association is voluntary and available to individuals who agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Membership Agreement. All members must sign the Membership Agreement, thereby agreeing to adhere to the Association's rules, regulations, and payment of fees. The Association reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion.
Article IV: Management
The Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors, which shall consist of 3 members. The Board shall be responsible for setting policy, overseeing the administration of the Association, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The board may be expanded only by unanimous consent of all board members. The current Board Members are Brendan Legel, Brenda Legel, Michael Legel.
Article V: Meetings
The Annual General Meeting of the members shall be held once each year at a time and place determined by the Board. Special meetings may be called by the Board as necessary.
Article VI: Amendments
This Constitution may be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Directors, provided that such amendments do not conflict with the fundamental purpose and private nature of the Association.
Article VII: Dissolution
Upon dissolution of the Association, any assets remaining after the payment of debts shall be distributed to a nonprofit fund, foundation, or corporation with a similar purpose to the Association.
Article VIII: Indemnification
The Association shall indemnify its officers, directors, employees, and agents to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Article IX: Disclaimer
The Association is a private membership association, but does provide services to the general public.
Services exclusive to the domain governed by such board is subject to the same regulations and oversight as public healthcare provider. While FA Tech Specialist are not exclusive from Licensed practitioners during rendered services that are excluded from the domain of the board of massage and the board of cosmetology FA Tech Specialist provide access to technology hereto considered private offerings that are not governed by board consideration. These private offering considerations include but are not limited to:

These categories of service are outside the exclusive scope of the board of massage or Cosmetology but practitioners who are licensed with both boards are required to be trained in such technology prior to rendering services and are equally required to obey and be governed by said board.
Article X: Compliance with Laws
While operating as a private entity, the Association will comply with all applicable laws and regulations that govern its operations and services.
Article XI: Confidentiality and Privacy
The Association shall maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all member information in accordance with applicable laws and the Association's privacy policy.
Adoption
This Constitution was adopted by the Board of Directors of FABB on Feb 3rd 2023 and may be amended as provided herein.
