Below is a step by step introduction to our first session therapy.

CELLULAR OPTIMIZATION

Our approach is simple: Optimize your cells, and well-being naturally follows. We do that by using the smallest and most bioavailable molecule on earth—a medicinal gas that is 100% safe: Molecular Hydrogen.

A Gentle Introduction to Microcurrent

We'll place a small device in your hand. This is our Microcurrent device .We'll gradually increase its power until you feel a light tingle. This means it's work. as we gently glide the device over your hand, you might feel certain areas getting smoother. This is the device helping release any tension or tightness in your hand muscles and tissues.

Preparing for Back Therapy

We'll ask you to either remove your shirt or make your back accessible to us. This ensures the therapy is effective.

Back & Neck Treatment

Using the Microcurrent device, we'll 'paint' (glide) it down your spine and neck. This helps release any tension. If we find any particularly tense spots, we'll work a bit longer on them to ensure they relax. We'll then switch the device to a 'Relax' setting and focus on your neck, ensuring it's entirely tension-free. Lastly, on a different setting, we'll stimulate a crucial nerve in your neck, known as the vagus nerve, with three gentle pulses. This helps in overall relaxation and balance.

Crystal Light Therapy and the Core Body Reset

We'll invite you to lie face-down, and we'll place a light crystal (made of amethyst) on the top of your head. Our Practitioner will then gently mark down your spine with a washable inc pen and start to take reading from each of these key points in your body. Once the practitioner identifies the key points to be reset/or strengthened they will hold it there on that spot until the body resets.

Deep Relaxation Phase

Now, it's time to simply lie on your back and relax. We'll place the amethyst crystal on your head again, and also put another crystal on your spleen and an emerald crystal light at your feet. Our special relaxation mat (known as the 'QRS') will be activated on a medium setting for 24 minutes, allowing you to deeply relax and rejuvenate.

Addressing Any Remaining Discomfort

If you still feel any pain or discomfort at this point, please let us know. We'll focus our therapy on those specific areas to bring relief, and then gently work around that area to ensure overall comfort.
